Welcome to my personal page
I am a PhD candidate at HuPBA, University of Barcelona, Computer Vision Center, co-supervised by Sergio Escalera and Meysam Madadi. As part of my PhD research, I am developing commercial Virtual Try-On solutions at Vitonify, HuPBA spin-off startup, and collaborating with Google on clothed human dynamics forecasting.
I hold an MSc in Computer Vision from the Barcelona joint program (UAB, UOC, UPC, UPF, and UB) and a BE in Mechatronics Engineering. During my master’s studies, I secured a research fellowship at the Computer Vision Center, working with Prof. Daniel Ponsa on hyperspectral image super-resolution. Before returning to academia, I was a Data Scientist working on programmatic advertising and a founding AI Engineer at a US startup on computer vision.
My research interests include conditional generative models in vision (image, video, 3D, etc.), representation learning, human understanding, and their application in fashion technology (e.g., sizing, virtual try-on, recommendation). I am also interested in techniques for making large models more efficient.
